Somber Elucidation

Somber Elucidation is a raw collection of poetry that the author Cairo, intended to dedicate to themselves. In this book, Cairo goes more into depth about their chronic health isssues and the effect it has had on all areas of their life. They preview the behind the scenes of having a chonic illness that currently has no cure, and what it does to someone. What it did to them. They also speak on other trials and tribulations they experienced simultaneaously as they were dealing with the condition of their health. Some but not all that included; heartbreak, losing oneself, grief, and even loosing the ability to write. This poetry book is their new comeback collection, after publishing their previous poetry books "Inflictions" and "Inflictions II". Both of which mainly highlighted the pain in their life in those years of writing--- meanwhile this 3rd book attempts to find the light within . This collection challenged their previous belief that pain is all that they are meant for. They poetically prove the love they have for themsleves, as well as recognizing that they are deserving of love, and are love themseleves. Even when things get messy. The notion of this collection is to document through their unfiltered existence and words that pain is loud, but it's not the whole story of who you are. Read more
