KTS1691 is a low-resistance, high-current load switch with soft-start, over-voltage protection, reverse-current blocking, over-current protection, short-circuit protection, and over-temperature protection. It's designed to safeguard systems with USB Type-C PD ports and barrel connectors, handling up to 140W at 20V and withstanding up to 29V on VBUS. KTS1691A/B features automatic reverse-current blocking, acting like an 'ideal diode' to isolate VBUS during charging or powering via another port. KTS1691C/D supports bi-directional mode upon activation. Soft-start limits inrush current when turning on with large capacitors at the output. An ACOK flag signals when power is stable.
